Gerhard Schneider (1910-1970) became CEO
- 1945 moved the production facilities to West-Berlin and rebuilt the company
- 1947 production of the first boiler in the rebuilt premises
- 1961 license agreement with ECKROHRKESSEL GmbH
- 1964 Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Schneider, son of Gerhard Schneider joined the company
- 1967 moved into new production facilities
